As you've tried to change the topic once again, lets just assume you've run out of things to say in defense of your statement that they are not a tremendous burden on the US taxpayer. Now that we have cleared that up, we can move on to your other topics.

1) Banking - Do I care if a bank requires an ID to get them a loan? No. If the bank or a loan shark wants to loan them money, I really don't care. They are probably getting raped on interest rate since the bank is probably committing a crime in loaning them money. Free market principles at work, helping to put food on the tables of my fellow American bankers. Got to love it.

2) Working under the table and payment of taxes - Once again, you've confused Social Security taxes, which are collected from wages paid OVER the table, and sales taxes which do not pay into Social Security at all. Do you even live in the US or are you just another liberal jackass living abroad trying to export your socialist idiocy? If you do live in the US, you should try and educate yourself on the workings of our system, preferably before you decide to take a position, ANY POSITION, in an argument about its ups and downs. Just a bit of free and friendly Christmas advice.

Why would they be. US government take out taxes out of their pay checks. You have not answered my question where do the taxes go and even the social security they take out from pay checks.

For identification Bank of America accepts the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, a taxpayer ID number that illegal aliens commonly use instead of social security numbers.

Officials at the office of the comptroller of the currency confirmed today anyone with an ITIN, along with name address and date of birth, is allowed to open a bank account.

The bank then has to verify the information with another government-issued photo ID document. But that document can be issued by any government. So illegal immigrants often use matricula consular issued by the Mexican government, easily forged or available on the black market.

No passport is required. No visa is required. And once a bank account is opened, ID doesn't have to be rechecked for a credit card.

Illegal Aliens file tax returns and end up getting back more than they paid in due to the Earned Income Tax Credit.

Sure they're are some taxes paid. Tourists pay taxes too when they rent a car, hotel room and buy stuff. But just because a tourist pays taxes doesn't make them entitled to welfare.
