I would make it wider, move all your "about me" info off the home page and make the whole homepage a call to action, make the search utility prettier and put it right on the home page rather than having a link to it. I like the featured property area, I would probably change your font, add color and lose a lot of the text on the homepage, it's a little intimidating. Create some of subtitle that let's your visitors know exactly what you do as soon as they visit the home page, I had a hard time figuring out you had property management services.

That seems like a lot but those are mainly style concerns, overall your content looks good and I think visitors will trust your business upon first visit.

 

The logo is just a mess. I'd get that fixed first.

Wow, I didn't expect that! But yes thanks a lot. I will work on these issues you mention, and remove some content, work on the font...and on putting the search utility on the homepage.

Like the look but maybe the page background could be a different colour (off white). The font size is a bit small. Cheers.

People's monitors are no longer what they use to be. You should make it wider for sure. Also it's very plain looking. It's professional, yes, but plain nonetheless. A friend of mine recently developed a website for a company, you should check it out at talonbiotech.com Hope this helps you at all and I would like to point out this isn't any kind of an affiliation link. This was a client of his whom he recently finished some work for. I doubt any of their services are services you guys would be interested in.

 

Font is too small, also better logo needed.

These are all interesting comments (the logo ;-( I was so proud of it!) But I am working hard at putting all your input into fixing the layout.

i have to agree with the above, making the site wider and the logo is a mess. aww, dont be upset, of course you are proud of it. Yes it is alot of work, but in the end, it will pay off.

 

Might be duplicate suggestions, but the header looks very '90s-era. The logo definitely needs to be redone and made much larger. The overall font is too small in the body. Also I wouldn't put the sharebar in the header. It clutters it up and most people won't even look at those until they've read some of the site.

I am now working on fixing:
1) Widen site
2) Improve font (thinking of dynamically allowing users to chose a size)
3) Logo will take longer ;-(

Ok...so I have made some updates as suggested and voila...I must admit it looks so much better already! For the haters of my logo...dont worry, its a work in progress! And search utility coming soon as well to landing page as well.

It's kind of blocky but overall I think it looks nice and does what you need it to do...
