I see four lines. Read the signature guidelines in the FAQ. The bottom line is signature is checked for number characters, number lines, number links etc programmatically. Content ant and link destination has to be checked manually.
I'm pretty sure it's two lines. I don't think the lines on the top and bottom are apart of the signature, I think it's just there to help us distinguish what he's talking about.
