Buying Cheap PTC Traffic - UK/USA

    I'm looking for 10,000 visitors and I have set a budget of $15 maximum.

    Lowest price, and the PTC I'm advertising on must have at least 20,000 members to ensure a variety of traffic.

    Why thank you. If I wanted to pay $1 a click, I would of gone to Google Adwords.

    There's no way you can get pay to click traffic with that budget.
    Non-targeted clicks won't be this costlessn too.

    PTC stands for "paid to click" as opposed to PPC (e.g. adwords) which is "paid PER click"
    1st is insentivised and non targeted
    2nd is not incentivised and (usually) keyword-targeted

    PTC can be bought really cheap, but conversions will be low

    I hopes this clarifies the confusion between the 2 terms
