    I am selling this site for a friend. Site is approx. 6 months old and got PR3 in this update. My friend wanted to develop this site but got a Job and lost interest. Site has been lying in there for months. I do not have any stats and expect no income.

    Site runs on Joomla and has thousands of pages of content.
