Do you think it'll bring a good money if sell it?
Do you think to put online games and start earning from adsense
what else can do with it?

Nice website but you haev to add some design elements to your website because your are providing tutorial service of designing so your website should be the best in design. Remove the google ad from the center of content section, the design a nice header image, use a broad footer and add social media icons . Let me know if you need more suggestions.

put up flash games and try to optimize it for online game ?
if you hit it hard, you could bring in decent gaming traffic, and promote cpa offers on your site

 

makes it more popular and get more visitors by addeting some games also do every possible think to get revenue from it because the name like gaming sites
