You sign up details reach to fraud alert , So your account is automatically blocked .

 

you site block my area IP adress,i can't access to you website.
so i use proxy sign up.my sign up information all real.

 

if you network don't accpet some county,,you can tell everyone on you website.don't block my county IP address please.

 

Your Ip is not blocked anyway , How ever when signup Zipcode and your city location does not meet then it flagged your account to blocked .
