Page rank and SERP rank

i have a website which is ranked 36 for a keyword i want to know if i build 100 PR6 to pr 7 links from 10 different domains or 10 different IP,How much i can improve .niche is very much competitive ...


PS:
All pages are more than pr 6 .I am not talking about main domain pr .All of them are actual page pr .With 3 or 4 outbound links maximum ..

please give me some opinions ...

It is not all about PR, even though the vast majority seems to think so. Get relevant links instead, not spammy ones. Those can only harm you.

 

its better to make 20 links from 20 unique site than 100 links from 10 unique sites.
btw if you are getting those backlinks from niche website the definitely you will get better rabking but beware from spam..

If those high PR inbound links are dofollowed, they would be helpful for PR purpose. Also, if your niche is really competitive, 100 backlinks might be not so helpful for SERP purpose.
