I have a site that was hacked with Cialis ads, Google promptly removed the site from their index. I have removed the offending content, can I expect that the next time the Google bot visits I'll be ok?

BTW if you have wondered if there are people stupid enough to click on a spam cialis email .... there are! LOTS!!!

Of course, if the site has some dodgy link profile, i would think twice before submiting a reconsidiration request and wait a bit longer first to see if it comes back automaticly.

    good luck.
