Paypal Account using debit card

    Hai you can verify your paypal account by using your bank account i`ve done that
    Actually paypal sends two small amounts to your bank account then you have to enter them again &have your paypal account verified. Hope thats helps you

    Either get a valid bank acc/CC or as an alternative you can purchase virtual bank accounts/CC's from different vendors online. However, they can only be used to activate your account, not to withdraw money.

    You must have a CC to use PayPal properly. That is why i suggest to use Moneybookers as an alternative.

    to use PP in India,u need valid CC from a bank and not debit card number. debit card verification is only available in USA
