Is your blog built in WordPress? Whatever it's built in, add an SEO plugin so the meta information and no-follow/do-follow tags can be adjusted. The most important aspect of blog SEO is the content itself. Quality, unique content that increases traffic. Then, focus on the meta information (meta titles, meta descriptions & meta keywords).

Forget anything Meta, it does not do anything for you.

I agree that you should publish unique QUALITY content that will atract links naturally <<<< If you can't do this part then you might aswell forget it.

If you want to rank for "Fast Red Cars" then your title element should look something like this:

Fast Red Cars | SEE these Amazing Speeds | Domain Name
    Keyword ^^^ | Call To Action ^^^^^^^^ | Branding ^^

Make sure your blog posts are as close to the homepage as possible, this can be done via categories, and archives

Links is whats going to rank your blog pages, so work really hard to produce great content that will attract people to link to you

You need quality links, not quantitive, so don't start doing profile linking or things like that as they are very low quality. A very high quality link would be from someone like the bbc, or cnn, someone that decided your content was so good that they decided to link to it from there own blog.

Finally a technology blog. There is a severe shortage of those.

Generally before I undertake any project I like to find out if there is an interested audience and how I will get myself in front of them BEFORE I start to create anything.

But that's just me... I'm in it for the money.

Build it and they will come doesn't work.

So STOP what you are doing and figure out who your audience is, where they live, what they want... then don't worry about SEO... go find where they go and PUT YOURSELF IN FRONT OF THEM.

First, you can put some keywords in your articles and post them to article submission sites. Then, do some backlinks, comment in some social forums and blogs with the signature which include your site's link.

If you want to infuse keywords into your high quality content, it would be best to use less competitive ones that are location-based. Like instead of just using "techno concept", you can use "Melbourne techno concept". Just add the name of area you are serving either at the end or start of your keyword or key phrase and you will already have targeted keywords for your site.

For your link building, you can continue forum posting and commenting as well as blog commenting. Then add on some social bookmarking, social networking, blogging and article marketing into the picture and you are good to go.

Every page on your web site has the same title, even though each page is about a different topic. This is the same as publishing a bunch of different books, on different topics, but giving them all the same title. It hurts your potential to be found for what those pages are about. It hurts the chances for people trying to find the good information you're putting out to locate it.

All the pages have post titles with blog title. So should i remove the blog title from all post pages or change the blog title on every post. What do you suggest?
