The logically next question is then: is the promo of 3$ per sale also applicable to 1 day premiums? The promo text says "Get 3$ extra on every sale".

I have a couple questions about the new one day offer as well, but I'll hold them until Hish comments further. I wouldn't want to start listing disadvantages to affiliates without knowing how FSn is implementing the new tier. (Only discovered the one day myself about 12-13hrs ago and was hoping an announcement was going to be made.)

 

I'm also curious to hear that voice.
The way I see it, this move is extremely negative to affiliates. I understand that affiliates do not get a cent if the premiums of 1 day decide to pay for an extension.

 

This is bad bad bad crap man.... bad news for all affiliates.........

Why is it bad?? You will get hte % for the trial AND for the one after ($9.95) !! Why are you saying it is crap?? :S

Hi Banjowood, thanks for your patience and waiting for our comments before you comment like bustxpress and nikisourouv , who commented negatively RIGHT away ! lol

ANyway, affiliates on PPS will get the percentage of the trial + the next day also when the user is charged $9.95, you also get the % of that!!

You see it all wrong bustxpress... It would have been better to wait until we answer, rather than giving negative comments right away!

Guys, a couple of clarifications.

Yes, we are experimenting with a 1-day trial. The way it works for those of you on PPS is that you will be paid 60% of the trial at first. After the trial, if the user doesn't cancel, the membership is converted to a 1-month $9.95 membership, which you also get 60% of. Expect a nice batch of sales 1 day after your initial trial sales. As for the promo, you will be paid $3 for every $9.95 membership billed, which is fair, since it doesn't make sense to pay $3 for a $1 membership.

Also, users are notified of the conversion and are given instructions on how to cancel as soon as they sign up. This way, users get to try our product for a day before committing, and you make money on both transactions. Everybody is happy.

Again, this is a test, so things might change over the next while. However, so far, the results have been positive and you can all expect to make a lot of money! If it works out well, believe me, affiliates on PPS will be more than pleased with their earnings.

 

Being able to move more than 100 files in the filemanager would be great.
