I mean the design isnt anything fantastic but classified ad websites like this/craigslist never are.

I went through the whole site! I was surprised how easy it was to post ads and navigate through the sections..

I found an ad or 2 where I couldn't find the contact information. would make sure to make a required feild for contact information.. Maybe get a script to disguise the emails like craigslist does?

I think it could use a stronger header too but it looks like a very user friendly site and props on the great domain name!!

Like the site. My only suggestion would be to list each sub-category (trucks, automobiles, vans, etc) under each main category in alphabetical order, so its easier for people to find what they're looking for.

try to make it like that people may find easily what the want

I like it, i league the top image, also, easy to navigate, keep it up

 

Nice ad placements, I really like them. They blend in really well.
Not a fan of the logo though.

I am currently in the process of creating a more attractive image for my logo based mainly on Alaska related images it should be up in about a day or so

I have placed my category's in alphabetical order as well as the citys on the right sidebar as you have suggested Reef.

 

i thing you have to change your design and make more attractive.

 

Consider blending the Google Ad Box with the background

Ok i have enlarged the text of the main category's to make them easier to read i have changed the color of the number of posts numbers
i have blended my ads better i am currently in the process of creating a new logo.

Any more ideas?

very nice site, i really liked the simplicity which suits classified sites.
Only one suggestion, you should use "only image" adsense block in place of text adssense. Or even better is to use 728x90 leaderboard to increase your click rate. along with click rate image ads will also enhance visibility of the page.
