When someone is buying domain names either for themselves or to flip and resell, should that person also purchase the different domain name extensions for various countries (i.e. domain.in)? Does this add value when you're flipping domains?

Yes you get more cash for it however it costed a lot more.. If you really want to get other extensions then get .com and .net
Nah I wouldn't buy biz, and I would buy mobi only in case if you have a kickass mobile version of your site.. otherwise a subdomain would be fine for mobile edition: m.domain.com
