Payments are only made for for the period Saturday to Friday. You aren't paid until Tuesday so Filesonic can check for fraud. Since the payment period ends on Friday you probably didn't have enough to ensure you get paid this period.

After the promo ends in 1-3 days later you should be able to request money from promo

You got paid period from Saturday to Friday , so you got paid for 11th-17th

 

Noticed a little bug.
When I export my links, I can choose .txt file for a folder but for my account it only comes as a .csv file when I choose .txt

They instituted 7 days because there was too much abuse of the system. Some bad apples would change not only on a daily basis, but several times a day. It also created an opening for fraud. Provide them with a solution to those problems and you would probably have an easier time convincing them to change the policy.

 

make it once per day then. any further change will reflect only after 24 hours. nice?

I received the attached personal message from filesonic. When finalized, all dealings with filesonic - including forum comments - will cease. I have deleted personal references that were made by the spokesman.

I still do not understand how your account was 'blocked' and how you were able to make all those downloads from a ________ Address in _______ (which matches your _____ billing address) if you were indeed 'blocked'.

We're going to issue you a refund within the next 24-48 hours so you can move on to another host, since you're clearly unsatisfied with our service, and we're not interested in having unsatisfied customers. However, please do not sign up to our service again (according to our terms and conditions, we are allowed to refuse any member up to our discretion).

Also, I strongly advise you to stop harassing us because the next step would be to file a harassment complaint with the _______ authorities. Our law firm has offices in _______, and we have enough information about you (IP address, _______ info, etc) to press such charges. Further more, we have access logs from your IP address to prove that your claims are false, or at least have nothing to do with us.

Finally, our registered address is listed publicly both on our Paypal account and DMCA page. We have nothing to hide, so feel free to send any legal correspondence directly to us. However, rest assured that any further harassment will be met with severe legal action.

I must conclude with a clarification, viz "blocking." Judge for yourself if filesonic imbeds tracking or control cookies on third party websites. "Free" users have full access to filesonic download processes. But, where certain "premium" users seek downloads, a "s27.filesonic" page can be made to arise by some application, with the following URL reference at the bottom "http://filesonic.com/not-allowed.php? (followed by link ID). At the top a note says, "You can not access this page directly. Please use the website to start your download or contact in case of problem." Why would one not be able to post a filesonic link at ANY website, unless some imbedded controls exist? What Application causes "s27.filesonic" to arise? I only ask that because of filesonic's denials. An 4 year old can understand what "not-allowed" means. Hotfiles, Fileserve, Depositfiles, Filefactory, Uploading, and all the rest permit use of cut and paste link placement. I will withhold speculation as to why filesonic does business outside of industry standards.

But, I am done with filesonic and I will make no further comments, here or elsewhere, unless I have to prove (and I have videotape evidence) that I was blocked. I would suggest that filesonic get competent legal advice about how laughably "harassment" complaints are treated, when taken from consented-target sources who don't answer "support" emails.
