    You have to verify yourself by adding credit card in your paypal account. Once you are verified paypal member then there is no sending limit for you.

    As an indian you have only one option for withdrawal of your paypal money which is Withdrawal through check. But for withdrawal you need minimum $150 account balance in your paypal account.

    Just withdraw using the cheque option... the cheque will be mailed to your address ( minus the $5 fee they charge on the amount )

    There is no need of gcard or anyother card for withdraw from your unverified paypal account. Just go to your paypal account and request a check through withdrawal. Minium withdrawal limit is $150 and they charge $5 for every withdrawal through check. They will send you check in Indian Rupee whichone you cash at any indian bank account. Hope now you understand everything :)

    No, no extra charges.... as the cheque will be in ruppees it will be processed like any other normal cheque and the money will be in your account within a day. :D

    Withdrawal limit per month £500.00 GBP £500.00 GBP (rests monthly ??)
    Withdrawal limit per year £650.00 GBP £650.00 GBP (very low ??)
