If you want to post on someones blog, do you need to be invited every time? Are there some blogs, which enable you to post like say on a forum - you register and write...?

You can readily post comments if the author has enabled commenting [most cases]...in some u may not be registered user to post a comment while in some you have to be...

I'm sure there are, but these kind of blogs are the exception, not the rule

Is that possible without the original author's permission?

Well, I was thinking to add posts not only comments. I guess the way is to contact the owner.

I will ask the opposite way now:
Is it possible that I give permission to posters to write on my blog without need to ask me for this? And maybe without registering also.... To set up a kind a public accessible blog.

Maybe some "Wiki" based blog (?) can enable this.

Wordpress enables to any visitor that he can put a comment without registering, but not a post. So if someone comes and make a comment and put his links in, will he have any benefit from this? I mean, do blog comments have any SEO value (comparing with original posts)? When Googling for this and that, I found some results from blog comments, must say.

No value..You can see the 'page source' in any page of a blog..There's a ' no follow' attribute with you link .

In Blogger you can set an ...@blogger.com mail adress to which you can send a post and it will be added to your blog. I suppose if I give this mail adress to someone, he can than add posts through his mail...

Login in your Blogger blog, then go to Settings/Email and create mail adress.
