Ringtone affiliate?

    I have been looking for a good ringtone affiliate program for the past couple of days and haven't come across anything decent as the site I want to use them on is a mp3 search engine which provides links to mp3's so I was hoping some one could point me in the right direction,
    what i need:
    -Offers for as many countries as possible
    -should accept a mp3 search engine(which provides links to mp3's...doesnt host them)
    -resonable conversion
    -reliable.
