    Why don't you read Google's TOS?

    The short answer is no, as you're not allowed to give your account to anyone else, which would include selling it or letting anyone else use it.

    Except that people that will buy them will be risking their accounts to be shut down at any time and their earnings revoked. Apart of that, sure, you can sell them:)
