    Be aware that I have learned of a hotmail used by a Filesonic "manager" on another website. I have been able to get considerable information from same.

    Private message from Fileservice "Manager" (obviously from the Field, not Operations), in response to my honest post about Filesonic practises. Message sent at 11:27 PM, Monday (my local time; Tuesday in Utrecht).

    "Complaint

    I apologize for the issue you've faced and for the lack of response from support.

    Can you please provide me with your user id so I can investigate? I can assure you that there is usually a reason when an account gets blocked.

    If you want to do this the easy way, then restore services to xxxxxxxxxxxxx. You won't. And that is part of a pattern that would be of interest to third parties.

    What do you mean "investigate"? There are too numerous to count instances where Filesonic personnel have either denied service or pocketed monies owed to others. And in all cases, you do this without permitting PREMIUM account holders to defend themselves. And you do not answer your PREMIUM emails, even as the same people who are supposed to be managing accounts, spend hours promoting Filesonic at forums. I have a list of over a dozen websites that have posted Sharingmatrix/Filesonic threads. There is a lot of misinformation out there that should be corrected.

    You judge without defense. And there is an actuarial impossibility when account irregularities ALWAYS fall on the consumer, and NEVER on the provider. Where there is smoke, there is fire

    The "reason" why my account was blocked is obvious: low level employees are addicted to power and wield it to show they have it. Reason: testosterone. You play like Skyscraper Struve (MMA fighter from the Netherlands) and act like you have a chip on your shoulder. I have never given my Premium passwords to anyone. But that doesn't matter to you.

    Again, unilateral action taken last Thursday, without reason or disclosure, in Breach of Contract. Issue taken up on Friday and ZERO Filesonic replies over FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY. Filesonic promise: reply within "24 hours." Filesonic action by 3 employees after the ban: HOURS spent promoting Filesonic on various forums.

    I am the Sales Manager and I never received an email from you.. I don't know what you are screaming about, but we have great customer support and this is why we are loved by everyone... What is the email address you sent to ?

    Also, what is your login email address?

    We NEVER block accounts without reasons.. Did you buy this account straight from our website? If yes, then please send me the transaction details . If you bought it from someone else , then he might have cheated you.

    Now, tell me, what is our gain from blocking people's premium accounts? We are building a business, do you really think that we want to block people's premiums so they buy new ones??? Do you really think that people will like us if we did that?

    Anyway, I'll be waiting for more info.

    Filesonic owners post only one contact at the Whois surrogate registrar site. If Filesonic has either banned you for sadistic personal purposes, or pocketed your money, DO NOT contact them through this forum or the listed filesonic.com emails, as they will NOT answer them. Contact them through: jcgnlswnmb(at)whoisprivacyprotect.com And be sure to tell them that EU Consumer Protection is available in EVERY EU language. If you made the choice to sign up for filesonic instead of client-friendly providers like HOTFILES and FILESERVE, it appears that your only choice is to use their type of practises to defend yourselves from savage treatment.

    NOW, a filesonic "manager" sent a private digitalpoint message to me and promised to "investigate" why I was banned, without notice or reason. HE DID NOT INVESTIGATE ANYTHING. The ban - which will extend to the duration of the contract (to May 2011) - will NEVER be lifted unless European Union Regulators go after filesonic (its cowardly owners tried to hide under Whois' registry; we know who they are and HOTFILES and FILESERVE know as well).

    Should we ask potential partners to help the tens of thousands of filesonic victims to start a website, where the gospel truth about filesonic's business practises and contraventions of European Union Consumer Protection regulation and Criminal Codes are exposed? Should we start an anti filesonic thread here, and on sites like Katz Forums, on which filesonic is attempting a run against HOTFILES and FILESERVE? Should we use Google TAGS, so that those who search "filesonic" can see upfront, impartial and objective information of practices that HOTFILES and FILESERVE find unethical? Should we get a team together that will answer filesonic propaganda 24-7-365. (filesonic is a google analytics client; google "how to be on page 1 on google")

    Filesonic hates you and they hate me. We need to deal with that. But we can't resort to hate in our crusade against unfair and unlawful banning, blocking and pocketing of owed monies.

    Keep lying Hish. The emails to support/premium/sales at filesonic.com are all on record. It looks like third parties will get to see them, since you chose deceit over honesty. You have had 5 days to respond to a PREMIUM account holder; and you chose to ignore all. I was asked here for my PREMIUM account name, and I sent it by personal message. Explain why 100% of all account irregularities fall on PREMIUM holders; everybody is either not paid or underpaid; nobody is overpaid. Huh? I don't upload files so you can't link me with that group.

    What is the crap about "never" banning without a "reason." I am not banned; I am blocked, at ANY computer. I can only use the "free" function at public terminals. There are too numerous to count posts on dozens of forums from victims who have been blocked in BREACH OF CONTRACT. And you NEVER give "REASONS" for same or allow PREMIUM account holders to defend themselves against whatever impacted on some malicious idiot's zealous brain; you just do it, like Nazis.

    POST YOUR LEGAL ADDRESS if you have nothing to hide, Hish the hater. EU Regulators know that you have a PAYPAL and GOOGLE ANALYTICS account; you can't hide behind Whois. Your competition posts Legal Addresses. Are you a Criminal Organization or something? They found Rapidshare in Cham, Switzerland. Finding you won't be a problem.

    Get off this promotion forum, and start reading your email. Watch Katz Forums (I am not a current member) over the next few days. There is the easy way, and the hard, ground-and-pound, Skyscraper Struve way. Show some pride.

    WOW, this actually starting to get funny. I think you're embarrassing yourself with the extreme paranoia. Just a note, FileSonic did NOT kill JFK.

    Also, I looked into your message (less than 12 hours after it was sent), and your account is not even blocked. There is absolutely nothing 'special' about your account. I logged in using your account and downloaded several files as premium. Also, you are not an affiliate so there are no 'monied owed' to you.

    I could work with you further to find out what's wrong with your computer, but if you continue with these immature posts and threats, you will be placed on our DP ignore list and will have to go through email support like any other customer.

    Don't respond on this forum - not true. They almost always respond in this thread AND they bend over backwards to sort people's problems out - I know from personal experience and from seeing hundreds of such cases get sorted.

    How can you possibly know that ? If they say they will investigate, then they will. I'm not saying the outcome will be what you want (depends on the REAL circumstances of the situation), but they always investigate our issues.

    Do you really think you can bully the FSN team with silly threats like these ? Do you have anything intelligent to say ?

    Lol that's funny :) Actually the filesonic staff are rather nice people - they should answer emails, yes they should, but in pretty much all other respects I've found them to be polite and genuinely helpful. That doesn't mean I've always got what I wanted though - the fsn to fsn ru argument for example, but they do listen, and they do try to help. At no point (even when I've put the boot in a bit) have I had the feeling they 'hate me' ;)

    Can't argue with that.

    What's your point ? Do you think filesonic (can) control who uses their service ? It's a free world. (ok - it's not, but that's another thread lol)

    You might see yourself as a victim, but don't drag us along with you. I am not a victim (not of FSN anyway) - I feel no need to do any of the things you suggest.
