Why don't you ask him to Sign up for a Moneybookers accounts and transfer you the payment instead of travelling to different countries?

    Alertpay might be another option.

Due to high fraudulent transaction in the past "Nigeria" has been banned from PayPal.

1.Use Western Union to send money and pay bills online, in person or by phone. You can also purchase prepaid cards and personalized gift cards
2.PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account

Funny how the it is easy to generalize the character of a whole country's citizens based on the petty crimes of 0.001% of it's population.
Bernard Madoff is the greatest thief of all time but are all "these Americans" scammers?

I wouldn't say 0.001, Its more like 10% without counting all the internet cafe owners who know about these illegal activities and not doing anything to stop them..

Well, why try to educate your fellow country man to get smart and do something productive! Cause they making bad for the good ones like you.
