Yes... the traffic packages are very high .. you have a package for 1000 visitors at $8 where as many people selling the same package at almost half of the price.
In DP we can get 10000 UV for 8$ but the prices are around 1000 views for 8$ which is 10 times costlier. more over the site is hosted in blogger, so the guy is just reselling the traffic from some one else inturn...
