E-mail marketing, do free trials exist?

Let's say I have a digital product (e-book about green tea) of a good quality (not the best on Earth but it costs its price). So I am interested in that kind of people who are interested in green tea, green tea extracts, maybe weight loss, general health questions and something like that. Are there any "opt-in" companies on the Net who have such subscribers? I mean people who opted in to receive news about such things, so it will not look like spam to them. Can I use their e-mail databases for free trial or at least for a small fee, to send maybe 200 e-mails? Sure they will send it through their servers, not me.

Eh... maybe I want too much, but... maybe not?:D

Maybe do a search on google for either... (insert niche here) solo ads. Or (insert niche here) Ezine. Lots of Ezines sell advertising space.

Also, if all else fails go to a popular site that has the subscribers you are looking for and make them an offer. Tell them you'll pay them X amount of money to send an email out to their list.

This is not illegal, by no means.

PS. You can always search this forum. Some people are offering solo ads for good prices. Maybe you'll find one in your niche.

I'm not sure, but if you start a blog about green tea, you could easily just build your own opt in list.

Sure there must be permission! I am talking about the lists of opted-in customers who do want to receive e-mail about certain topic.

You can find lists from "list brokers." There are also many other websites that will allow you to rent a list (you never actually own the emails) for a campaign or period of time.

The problem is that many of these brokers provide dead leads and you don't get what you pay for. There are also so many competing sites with completely random pricing when compared to each other. The point is you MAY get lucky with your purchase, but most of the time it's a useless investment that does not return the quality you're expecting.

That would be considered spam. However, you can use ezine advertising to get your own list. You would need to find ezine newsletters. New-List.com might be able to help you out. This is the best method. You want people on your list that have subscribed for your information. It takes time to a build a list. Email marketing is a great way to make money online if you provide value.

I know there are a lot of mailing list providers out there. They have opt-in mailing lists in many fields and just give them some money, they will manage the email campaigns for you. We use this kind of service once, but the ROI didn't look good. I guess the quality of their mailing lists is not good enough. Thus now we are building mailing lists by ourselves simply by putting a subscribe form on our website. You can also have a try!

e-mail-marketing just spamming. before mail you need to know about that person and other way make web site or web blog and promote it. After some time your business become brand then every thing is ok..........

I really don't think a website owner who has a solid e-mail list of signed up customers (which willingly opted-in to receive special product info) knows about every person on that list :)

Ah, yes I did research this topic on Google! Search for "free trial email marketing service" - there is a bunch of sites, but what they offer is giving you the possibility to create your OWN campaign with your OWN list of customers, then they will do the rest of the work :) They will e-mail YOUR customers from YOUR list. They do not offer THEIR lists whatsoever! :(
