Bidvertiser doesn't do popunders from my understanding. The only others that I know that do it are Infinity and Clicksor and they both have malware in their ads.

Clicksor is one of the worst converting and many scam traffic too. I have paid 50$ to test the traffic via clicksor to get some 7k uk traffic. Out of the 7k CPV I was expecting atleast 5-10 leads. But to the surprise most of them closed in a second and no conversions. Over all it is too worst... More over waiting time for the traffic is another pain in it.
