Where you can also see that I have posted my comments there. If the statement of freelancer support member is true then can any body show me that where is in the profile of "asdink1" that he has posted a report incomplete to any project? Here is his profile link http://www.freelancer.com/users/1288026.html Here is another statement, How can they say me that you are not honest? the first statement clearly shows that who is honest and who is fraud. Freelancer is wrong in their own statement then how can they blame on me? What is the proof that I was not honest and the buyer was honest? Freelancer is the biggest fraud party this time.
I've been seeing a lot of complaints about Freelancer.com lately. I'll take that as a sign as to not deal with them. Sorry about your luck, man
I agree with you. I have registered there as a freelancer and applied for some 10/15 trial projects (they recommend trial projects for beginners). Then I got notifications for all of them, informing that the job posting has expired. It seems they are just advertisements , not real projects.
Freelancer.com is only interested in buying up failing outsourcing sites and collecting service fees to recover their costs. It's best to stick with services with a proven record for putting integrity above investments, debt, and charges.
It is going to a very funny situation, After one month I m getting same message from freelancer support, What a funny response. If report incomplete works both way then they should show me the details of project that was not completed and reported as incomplete by this buyer, http://www.freelancer.com/users/feedback_1288026.html What is the use to show comments only in my profile?? how other providers will come to know that this buyer is fraud and love to post report incomplete every provider..... I dont know that every person can understand this situation, can understand what I m saying. But freelancer support team has no mind, I think they are brainless. Thats why they come up with 1 month old argue, I already explained it. And when I explain them a straight forward thing,, they come to me by saying They can not do any right favor for providers.
Freelancer.com froze my funds, demanded very personal data from me, killed privacy of my project... their customer service was pure disgrace. Not referring to market size and quality (in case of Freelancer.com it is a paradise... provided that you are from South Asia). I mean that Freelancer.com's behaviors are appaling. They just treat their customers like dirt! Google: freelancer.com scam
I've been using Odesk.com for well over 2 years now and never had any problems finding good candidates and getting the work done. Would highly recommend.
Was it you who used the abusive language, or was it the buyer using it? I've been using freelancer for quite a while, I didn't see any apparent issues, since there wasn't any interaction with support. Most of the things went automated though. Good Luck with Freelancer, I suggest there maybe similar websites like oDesk, elance etc. you may want to look into.
