if i have banned from google is i cant make new one by the same info ?

today i got banned from google
and its have $ 300 for the reason they telling me here

now iam sure they will not give me my account back again
so if i made new account by my same name and put the ads on my same website
is that good or they will close my new account too
and how can i know if my site toke banned from adsense ?

Maybe you've convinced someone, online, to click your ads. Google has a software for monitoring every account. This might be the cause, you can contact them directly.

every person ca have 1 adsense account per lifetime
if you create another account with same details you will get banned for sure
convince your friend to create an account and use those ads on your website

 

yes, use your same name and same website, they won't notice anything for sure. Everybody knows how stupid Google is.

It works I did it, I was banned for having my friend to click on 1-3 ads every day. (LITTLE DID I KNOW BACK THEN) Then i few months later joined and got a new account and got a check@!

 

See? If Google can forgive outright fraud, then the OP should have a chance too!

there's a lots of people doing that, even joel comm have several adsense account..
but it too hard to apply adsense today...

You can't get another account in adsense once you got banned nit unless if you use other information.

 

You cant use new account for same banned website.

 

Apply with a different email address. If you were really involved with any kind of illegal activity, try to avoid next time. Losing $300 each time would not be a great experience , huh?

 

Is it me or does anyone actually read the legally binding adsense TOS's that they sign upto? 2 accounts = ban.
Once banned your site has had it, it really is not rocket science to stick to the TOS's.
Getting your friend to click on 3 ads a day? DUMB. Admitting you did that on here - STUPID.
Does it occur to people that given the size of this forum and the size of Google that they might just have say one or two staff monitoring this forum? What are you going to suggest next "Click on my ads if I click on yours?"
You lose your account just the once! Re-apply again and you are breaking your original adsense agreement and hence the law!
If you think adsense is some kind of game whereby it is acceptable to defraud Google and it's advertisers then might I suggest that you get a good lawyer. Stop trying to defraud Google and its advertisers, who knows one day you might be one of them, and you'd be F**ked off if some one did click fraud on you!
As for the comment on Joel Comm having several adsense accounts - we can assume from this that you personally know him do you? Don't make such crap claims without proof

I think you should use different email, name and address, but still for the same websites. The best way is to get account using different name and website. Once you got one, you can use same adsense code for all websites.

 

Which bit of you can't reapply one you've lost your account do people not get. READ YOUR GOOGLE TOS's!

They ban the site as well. Even if you sell the site the new owner can't run adsense on it. And as per my other two post re-applying following a ban isn't legal....
