Hello, 5 day ago i got limited for paypal account... i tried for remove limited from my account and fax a copy of my passport for us but still my account is limited... what i should do for remove limited? I'm Germany customer... how i can contact with it by email or telephone from Germany? Please help me Thank you
Go to their contact us page and you will get the number to call them. Call them and ask to remove limitation.
Did you give them all of the information requested? Make sure you do before you call, unless your very charismatic, you won't get anywhere on the phone until you turn in the information they want. What is the reason they limited you? Do you buy, or sell with paypal services, how long have you had the account opened, and what kind of cashflow are you generating through paypal per month. Those are all things paypal looks at and might limit you without reason, just to check up on you. Usually if that is the case, giving them the info in a timely manner makes things simple. Once they get the info from me they remove the limitation within 24 hours, most of the time I call just do have it done right away though. (Yes, paypal freezes my account on occcasion) I do nothing wrong, and satisfy all of my customers with their products, or a refund(full amount of payment with shipping) if needed, and they stilll freeze me from time to time. Get used to it if you plan on doing any kind of volume through them.
Call them using Skype. You can find their number on this forum. Just use a search on this forums and there are a number of threads with the skype number. Alternatively, if you have voip, then you can call their customer service directly
@Bill Do you have any idea of what you are saying. Why give the poor fellow, a wrong advice. If his documents are clear and perfect, there is no need for PP to keep him Limited.
Hi OP to get your limitation lifted you need to provide PayPal all the necessary documents they're requesting you will see the information they're requesting when you're logged into your account. You probably need to verify your credit card if you haven't already done this and/or your bank account information along with your Passport information verifying your identity. You can also increase your withdrawal limit by providing and verifying other information like your SSN (social security number). Verify you have submitted all the necessary information required before calling PayPal's customer service. Give them a week to receive and process the information than call them inquiring if they have process your information and if they have request that they remove the limitation on your account once they have confirmed that they have received and process your information.
Nonsense. My account was limited after a security screening, and I emailed their exec. resolutions dept., and my account was restored in less than 48 hours. To the OP: Just google for their exec. email, and use that. Works like a charm. Good luck! P.S.: As previously stated, make sure you have all relevant documents, etc.

Idk.... I hate talking on the phone to the minions. You have to have your crap together when you talk to them, and one misstep can see your account frozen for a long time. I prefer email... that way, you can take your time in composing your thoughts, send them relevant info, etc.
@omdufro. It's great to see that you got your account limitation removed. Can you please share here, what exactly did you do to get the limitation removed. I mean, what email you sent the details to, what kind of details you have sent and if possible, a brief write-up of the email you have sent. This will help a lot many members to get their issue resolved without opening new threads.
