Contest Need Wordpress Theme (only psd) - prize $700

I need a design for journeyetc.com! You must also make a logo, as I don't have one!

I like the sites of lastminute.com and travelpod.com (not the colours, but the structure).

I want the site to use light colours, I'm looking for something that will make the visitor wish exploring more content. I'm also a fan of grunge, but I would give up to that in favour of a design that has a higher converting rate.

Integrating advertisements & social media (facebook and twitter) play a big role in choosing the winner, one of my ideas was to make the booking.com search box have a flexible position near the post or booking form at the start of the post.
729 x 90 banner in the header, near the logo
300 x 250 banner 1st sidebar - single post
160 x 600 banners 2nd sidebar - single post

I'm sure there are better ideas out there, so looking for your creativity.

These are the content sections I want on the 1st page, not necessarly in this order. Customizations for each content section is welcomed.

I will also need a custom page for reviews for some of the categories (hotels, luggage, food). Must have the comments appear as reviews.
Another thing I want is a subscription box that appears and promotes a newsletter, travel deals & travel insurance.

I will award $50 to anyone that comes with a good idea for the design.
