    most of the directories have adsense i guess
    so no harm in applying and let google decide

    Yes it is, but I am afraid that they may not accept it because of the flatness, try to ad some life to it like joinh topsites and putting their buttons on the bottom, this way Google will know that the webmaster is a live and not lazy and you will get accepted if god wants that, if not fix things and try again ...

    Mostly they will accept but I seems to be under construction... add url part is not working as expected... I think u just complete first then apply... that will be better way!! and then lets google decide

    Yes some pages are not created but I’ll complete this directory in this Sunday after that any body can add there URL absolutely free.......... :)
