Hello. I started a new site called www.crack-entrance.com . I had posted original content on this site. But another site (a big site) has copied all of my contents. When i contacted them to remove the content, they threatened me do whatever u like and if u call again, i will give your phone no. to police. Please tell me what should I do ? I applied for DMCA copyright and pasted the script .It will be activated in 24 hours.

    Example :

    http://www.crack-entrance.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=19 (my site)

    http://engg.entrancecorner.com/discussion-forum/153-jugaad-maths/104583-juggad-no-1--iit-jee-2007-question.html (site which copied)

Please forgive me if its wrong section ..:(

It looks like a user or two has copied your images, not your posts. While there's not much you can do about it, watermark your images with your website in the future to deter thieves.

Send his host a DMCA notice, and I think you can file one with google also.
(if it is your original content of course) You should do this before he
files one on you saying you stole his content.

Filing DMCA notices does not cost money. if his host does not honor
the dmca request, then it can be costly to hire an attorney. If you are just
another silly site, then do not worry about it, it will cost you more then it
was worth, if it is a million dollar site, well you wouldnt be here asking about it.

    The best thing is to

    A) Contact the company who's content is infringing your work. Generally they will remove the content. (in this case that didn't work so move on to #B
    B) Contact the hosting provider and send them a DMCA request (in this case since it's a US company and if you can show proof. I.E. You posted it previously, ect. Then in most cases they will remove require the person remove the content).
    C) If all else fails you can get a lawyer involved and go that route. Keep in mind that in order to file a lawsuit you will have to submit the work to the US copyright office, assuming your filing your lawsuit in the US, pay the required fee's.

In short, in your case the costs associated with going to court would far exceed any gains you would have. It's one set of math problems, and since it's a user posting the content. You would have to go after them. Or in this case, prove the company has failed to comply with your DMCA request and is therefore liable for damages.

just one point ... make sure that you have all proof before filling any complain ... in case they will prove that you are wrong they will case back on you and you have to pay a heavy penalty ...

i may be wrong but from the link which you have shared it seems its not a content its user discussion //which can not be claimed as content

and 2nd point it seems the site which you are pointing yours seems a baby in front of other site
3nd point i can see lot of content on your site placed from various sources like youtube etc without any reference // you can face issue due to this ..

make sur to check all these before doign anything ....foolish step put you in trouble
