Hello to All DP members....I have just something to ask and I am in need of all the help to solve this issue. First of all this is what Happen: I was looking for somebody to sell there Ebay Gift Certificate to me And after a while I got an email from someone named "michael sabang" and He's email was which is non-existent by now. He offered me that He would sell 10 $50 ebay GC for only $270 I got excited about He's offer, and so made the deal... I paid on His paypal and after waiting for him to reply and send the Gift card certificates to me..He immediately vanished and when I try to email him..His email was now non-existent or was closed/deleted. So I have immediately put a dispute on His paypal since I had a bad feeling that he scammed me. And later I even found out that His paypal address is even not Paypal Verified. Now my problem is that If I would wait for paypal to look on the transaction, it would be up for up to a month and in that timeframe I'm sure He will just get all the money from his account and then close or leave His paypal account immediately. And How could I be refunded by that? even if I win the case, he can't refund me at all! Does Paypal refund you if you win a dispute even if the seller leaves His account?
Dude some person using two paypal accounts....one for non-verified account and other personal....i think the person who scammed you will transfer those in her other account....send one email to paypal.....or call him..immediatly,they response instant.
You're out of luck. Become a paypal premier member and a phone call would refund at least half your money.
As on their terms, It's possible to have 2 paypal accounts but one must be premiere and one must be for personal...Other than that it's against their law. But my problem now is that I already have a premiere account and the one I used was for personal purpose..Then does that means I have less security regarding the dispute?

(offline message) where did you find this guy? i thought your dealing with me but why you deal with him? im also "pinoy" i was got scammed many times on my VOUCHER that i used to sell. well try to call the paypal you can use skype.
I hope not...As this can hurt a lot to paypal users...They should limit the account immdeiately if they see that the account has a dispute in it.

lolzz!! so you think im the scammer? hmm kababayan ha! philippine person wont do that. im a reliable seller. thats why im disgusted on you since we first deal but you were gone. i did wait on messenger no one comes nor reply.
chat option available on other country but not ours so you need to call them. the nearest customer service located at china so +862128913333 is their number. i used to call them when people do scammed me since i can tell them frankly cause i can understand chinese.
I would like to apologize for that...I know now that you're not the scammer...and That time when someone contacted me (same time as you are contacting me) regarding the bulk orders..I thought it was you who contacted me....Don't worry I will purchase from you soon. But this time..I really need to get my money back...ouch!
