If your interested in buying links, then you could do a search in google for "buy backlinks". There are many websites that have set up deals with other quality websites that are willing to put a link to your site from theirs.
Simply Google 'Business Directory' and look for the ones that are not direct competitors to you and approach the webmasters directly. This way you can get highly relevant links, unfortunately also mostly reciprocal ones. Or simply look for backlink building services, SY
