I need A filehosting site who pay on time & has correct reward program,Everyone read!

Hello, I am using a site to upload music in special, and now this site change his rulles and I begin to make 40- 50 % less. per day. So I need if someone know a site or if you work for a site or if you own a website filehosting where I can:
1. Upload with high speed
2. has Romania in reward Sistem (without rank)
3. Download counted when download begin or counted when finish download but to have speed on free download 300-400kb/s only on this case.
4. I use only on files with 100mb size 80% of files and 250 mb 20% of files. So I need the best payout of this 2 sizes and Romanian trafic 80% and europe 15% (without Romania) and 5 % another, Usa Canada etc.
5. To counted 100% correct all downloads, to be stable .
6. THE MOST IMPORTANT: HAS the website in language that people are from... I mean if someone is from Romania and want download, the website to be in Romanian translated correct .
7. For free users to not wait more than 1 minute and to have a easy interface, I mean to people know what they will do for download... To see free download , premium download , and if he want after 15 minutes to download another one to wait again only 1 minute, (to not wait 10 minutes on the website)
8. To counted multiple downloads from free users , and I don`t need % from premium sales


Please reply or Pm if you own, work or know a honest website who has these conditions or who can make a bussnies with me personally, I can get over 2000 visits per day.

 

well if you get rid of your no-rank requirement then... Duckload would be good for you - well not in romanian either but they are new so I suppose they will be upgrading that.

3. for my sizes of filles is not good
4. Has no easy interface and no language of who join on it.
5. has rank and speed for free users is not big.

 

1) business has been running for 2 years - just recently went into file hosting rather than streaming.
2) upload speed is 10MB/s per file for me... .nl upload server
3) they are god depending on rank

is Counted multiple free downloads? and is hard to become silver?

it depends on your download:sales ratio
depends how many buy accounts - hard to say if it's easy or not

well, your "must have Romanian" is a hard requirement to fulfill, I haven't seen any site supporting Romanian

guess you should put up with english for now

 

Go with Filesonic, they pays maximum for downloads at these file sizes.

 

FileSonic is not a solution, because fileserve has better interface, pay rate and 35 seconds waiting time and if I want to download more filles I can download after 11 minutes without waiting on site like filesonic.
Fileserve is a solution, but maybe if will be translated in Romanian Language too.

 

FileSonic are the best to my opinion, followed by Duckload

 

Duckload, I think you wont find romania in rewards in filehosting just use Duckload.
