    Hello,

    I am selling one of my websites, CricTUBE.COM

    Registered at: NameCheap.com (with WHOIS protection)

    The site went live on September 2, 2006 and here are the stats for the first month:

    The site has 420 registered members. We did not enforce registration except only for upload! The reason I am selling this site is because I dont have time for it anymore, and I fear the popularity of this site will decrease if I stop making updates on it.

    You can either:

    - Purchase this with ALL videos (170 videos), MySQL database, complete script
    - Purchase only the domain

    We can discuss payment afterwards, therefore PayPal preferred.

    Revenue Stats: I have not used Google Adsense on this site yet. I put BidVertiser ads a few days ago and dont have solid revenue stats. I am sure you would be able to make over $150 USD easily using AdSense!

    My guess is that Cricket does not appeal to the majority of visitors to this site. Cricket is not well known in the US, so you're trying to market to a limited audience.

    looks like altrasoft's script to me... sudn3sc3d, can you give the url of Greg-J's thread you refer to. definitely interested in your site but want to know what script you are using. I know Altrasoft is very very buggy. so want reassurance.

    also a run down of the running costs (as mehbooba as posted) would be helpful

    I have it reskinned with edited template files, so it may not look exactly the same as his. For example, mine has a modified top banner and mine shows ad for 10 seconds before playing the video.

    I have a dedicated server for this. Currently, I have on from SoftLayer.com which comes with 2000 GB bandwidth. If you manage to significantly increase the bandwidth usage on this site, you could get an unmetered one from FDCservers.net

    Yes, it does have the same requirements. There are some hosting companies that do have FFmpeg preinstalled. On the other hand, your site would use 100s of GBs of space/bandwidth if you use this script. You would be better off getting a VPS (jaguarpc.com) or a dedicated server.

    "Heavy traffic"...would you say most of this so far was bought traffic? as backlinks seem to be minimal.
