Public Service Ads. Maybe your blog has low traffic. Keep posting fresh content, submit your blog links to directories, post comments on other blogs.

If you use link units then this problem doesn't arise. They also take up less space and are more click friendly.

By the way what is your blog link?

There can be many reasons why a website may display less targeted ads or public service ads (PSAs). Below is a list of the most common issues. Your site has restricted access using a robots.txt exclusion.
Your website is using session IDs in the URL.
    Your website is using frames.
Your webpage may not contain enough content.
Your page contains a refresh tag.
Your site content is primarily in an unsupported language.
The AdSense code was placed within an IFRAME.

"Try to post original and unique content"
    Hope this will help you...

Make sure that you do all of the above, but also, clear any cache from your computer, as sometimes..this may affect the ads that you see on your machine. Make sure that you have enough content, but also, don't over do it with the content and make sure that it is not adult related content. If you post adult related content or something close to adult related content, you will get public service ads. Best of luck.

You may want to blog about something new...as this topic may be *confusing* the Google Adsense ads...

try to login into your adsense account
because it may get disabled, that might be the reason you are getting these public service ads

This can be due to no keyword match or waiting for pin verification

It is not a problem, Google Ads appear on your blog was free advertisement so you should take this ads off and add more contents. After 1 weeks, you put Adsense Ads again. I think it will different.

this can happen if you have place ads in a frame, coz i see there is content on that page and some ads definitely should be there, or may be a delay on pin or tax info is causing this try logging into your account and see if there are any alerts over there.
