    you wil not beleive but all keyword software , including market samurai and trend micro niche finder , works by viewing stats of adword keyword tool...you just need to undertsnad that properly.. here are few tips.
    [1]go for exact searches only.
    [2]if u unsure about from where you want get traffic , search traffic in US
    [3]look at local monthly searches , if u want traffic from specified country.
    [4]look at trends also.
    and u r done..
