If you look around you will find one, Check out the thread on DP dedicated to hosting offers.
Personally i would avoid hostgator, or make sure you read their TOS before purchasing anything, their fineprint is a pain!

 

I'd rather buy a dedicated server if budget wasn't a constraint else hostgator.

but its 20$ per month
they also have a brilliant support staff

 

I suppose that you'd better reg domain and then buy hosting account.
You should pay yearly for the hosting if you want to get free domain.
