    Robert:

Who are you bullshitting? It's no surprise that the OP (raisuras) got paid because he ran a Google ad hitting CPALead's sore spot, and NOT because you "removed the emotion from the situation and put yourself in raisuras' shoes." CPALead felt that the damage done to their reputation by this thread being exposed into a search engine was waaaay more than 10k, hence as a matter of business and common sense, you settled for 10k. But I guess most of posters in this thread are too naïve to realize that and ignorantly buy your self-serving bullshit.

In an industry that's so new, you feel you can get away easily by screwing hundreds of affiliates (your customers, really) that you do business with without any fear of retaliation, by embezzling their commissions and accusing them of violating Terms of Service.

I've done some business with your company as a publisher, and was stiffed a few months ago, (fortunately, for only) mid 4 figures . Having worked with 15+ affiliate networks, for many years, I can safely say that CPALead is a shit company, run by self serving and uber arrogant scum-bags who will stiff you in a heart-beat as long it doesn't hurt them. Talking to your oh-not-so-friendly John Bailey was a horrendous, to say the least, and I'm going to resort to the legal route once the year ends to show how it's done. Or who knows, I might just have to create a page with all the proof and get it on adwords.

On a positive note, I've moved my business elsewhere and I'm quite happy that I no longer have to rely on the whims of your diabolical company.

I totally believe you....NOT. It's amazing what an adwords ad can do. Can bring the CEO to the knees and force him to settle. Coincidental? I think NOT!

But I do agree, CPALead is run by scumbags.

They paid him off, maybe you should start an adwords campaign against them and demand $10,000 to take it down. I mean it's highly likely they'll pay up if it's getting good exposure.

Try Adscendmedia.com. Far better payouts than CPAlead, support is exceptional, and if you abuse their TOS, they WILL tell you in advance and send you an email warning, and won't just ban you or "not pay" you. Much better offers than CPAlead as well, and the gateway and other tools are brilliant.

I can confirm that John Bailey is a true jerkoff, having spoken with im on the phone for some length, he comes across as arrogant and tries to be a tough guy. The fact is he is a skinny little twerp who got handed a sweet job out of pitty from one of his friends. I seriously wanted to punch this guy in the face after talking to him. What a bad rep for the company. The guy is on an ego trip, just because he has control over people accounts who make thousands per month, he thinks he is god.

I stopped sending traffic to them and went to adscend and had a 60k month :)

Seriously, the guy is an idiot.

HAHAHA here yee here yee , and it comes to the top , i have read this whole thread and have to agree with yeaman ,,this company just floats along saying and doing what they need to do to get through this bad scene , the whole thing stinks , non of my business really but it just seems to piss me off ,,screwing people on a whim
and none of this we have too many affiliate to police ,,bs ,,if you cannot watch your publishers ,,then hire more people ,,if someone violates remove them NOW not payday ,,,you know what is going on in your network,,,

A point worth noting is that CpaLead's own CTO Jason Swan does not use the network. He used Max Bounty to scam Facebook users with his "dislike" button. He banked over $170,000 according to sources. It does not give out a good message to the industry that their CTO is involved in this kind of activities.

I often suspected chat mods of stealing ideas from private chat between publishers.... You have to ask yourself, what are Clad Ape and others motivations for sitting there all day and policing the chat?
