Will send $330 in PayPal for $250 Western Union.

Due to a quick bill that needs to be payed today (bank transfer will take to long from PayPal - 4 business days, need now), I am willing to send someone $330 via PayPal if you send me $250 via Western Union. The $80 will cover western union fees, paypal fees, with over $50 left over as a conselation fee for whoever can do this for me. PM me or email .

I'm serious about this. I do alot of deals on DigitalPoint, so I'm not trying to damage my reputation either. Once it's sent as a service, according to the Buyer Complaint Policy, only the seller is protected. So, therefore, whoever I send to, I can't go and file a chargeback. I'm just looking for instant cash.

 

how do we know they are not hacked accounts?

if I did this transaction , I'd want a 3 day waiting period so our accounts don't get limited ... or payments held.
