Through Sedo mate, I think there is a Madman going round trying to buy up all the 3D, HOLO, HOLOGRAM AND HOLOGRAPHIC domains, before you say anything NO its not me, lol. I have had serveral offers via Sedo and Go-daddy over the last week on my 3D,holo, hologram and holographic domains, I have a feeling who it is, but not mentioning any names at this point!

 

Thank you for the info and i don't think the name of the person is relevant. It's enough to know that there's buyers out there. I been lazy to put my 3D domains for sale.. well actually busy selling regular names lol

I doubt it will end up taking off that much... Surely companies will just add /3d ?

 

They can also use subdomains 3d.example.. but 3d in the domain name itself has some SEO benefits so im sure you will see it more often

 

I had an offer yesterday on two very similar domains I have listed on the Godaddy auctions (350 for one and 150 for the other).
I have the "buy it now" price set at 1k each and didn't bother countering.
Someone just used the "buy it now" for one of the domains, so I put a counter offer in on the other one for 800. Will let yous know how I get on.
