Buy a domain name, hosting, and learn how to do something. Then either create an ebook or a video tutorial about how to do that. Then set up a site selling that. To send traffic set up an affiliate program and start writing articles directing traffic to that page. If you would like more details let me know and I'll help you out.

For 40 bucks I agree, just buy domains, preferably .com, get free hosting then you have a start. You could try blogging, directories, minisites or affiliate stuff. Just read the forum, a lot of craps here but every now and then you'll find good nuggets. Do not spend money other than for domain until you know what youre spending it on. People been burn for far more than 40 bucks

if i will be having 40urd i distribute my budget as well and enjoy the money 1- have a .com for my biz usd 5 2- many hosting deals are avlbl here for 4usd for year in cheap stuff 3- health and finance are good nice grab 1 oh oh why am i telling my strategy here.
