Let's say i have withdrew my money from paypal account to my debit card. If a client starts a dispute, can pay pal access the funds from my debit card?
I did linked my debit card once and I could use it to purchase things. Although I have never get any dispute, I think paypal can access the fund from your debit card, in that case.
From which country you belong. In my country, PayPal does not have access to withdraw funds from my Bank/Debit card.
i am not sure, but i think paypal don't have access for it maybe they will just suspend/limit your account do you withdraw all your money?
Why do you think that your customer might start a dispute? That should be worrying you more than what you are asking.
Dear eminem1648, Paypal does not have the right to take away your money from your Debit card. I'm quite sure there are laws in different states and countries that make it illegal for a party to take money from a third party. Paypal can only take money from you if you have money in a Paypal account and you lost in the dispute. Paypal however, cannot take money from your debit card, without your authorization. It is highly possible that they limit your account because that is what they have control over NOT your debit card funds. These are just my thoughts. Cheers!
No paypal cannot take it directly from the account other than paypal. Its not leagal to take any money from yoru debit card without your permission
You may have agreed to terms that allow them to take charge your debit card if the funds in your paypal account aren't enough to cover something though, so be aware of that. Otherwise, it is illegal as mentioned above. They can freeze your account and hold any money in the account for 6 months if they choose though, whether you like it or not. So if your doing anything shady, be careful.
