Well, once they are removed the first time, you know the copyright holder is watching, right? Future deletions may suck, but they shouldn't come as much of a surprise. There is nothing FileSonic can do about such deletions.

Yeha I can confirm this - I had terrible problems here in the uk as a free user (and was most vocal on the subject !), but it seems to be fine now

 

C'mon, jimbo-53. You've been around long enough to know it is way to early in the day to start wondering where today's payment is. Midnight GMT is still 9 hours away. You know this is the time FileSonic promises payment by, right?

I have no problem debating the effectiveness of the download page, but the "tricking argument is counterproductive. FileSonic does not claim you need a premium membership to download and the only similarity between filehosts is that they extol the virtues of membership, not that they put "FREE" all over the page.
