    I was playing with bidtool and i saw a 50$ bet from 1 keyword... Does yahoo take all you bid, or they charge less if the other bidders bid less?

    they take the next bid +.01

    ex:

    $50 bid - him
    $1 bid - you
    $0.50 - another

    he will only be charged +.01 what you bid. In the same way, if you raise your bid to $49 in the example above you will only be charged .51 while he would be charged $49.01

    yup, this is how the big boy bully us:) otherwise it won't be called "bully technique". Anybody who has bought "The Adwords Black Book" should know what I mean.:) Of course, you can "fight back" by increasing your bid to $49 as pointed out above. Be careful and monitor it closely when you're using this technique.
