We are sorry for the delay in reporting this time. No report is sent yet since friday but jobs are complted. We will send out those today.

Actually we are a corporate and the directory submission job goes through various stages. This involves the final stage i.e verification of report before sending to maintain quality. Unfortunaltely the person responsible for verification was on leave. We have many people in the team who are into the submission stuff but only single person is into verification. Well this situation made us think about alternative arrnagement towards this.

Your job is already complted and is with us pending delivery and would be sent today.

Please let us know if you still have any concern towards this.

About refund this is not an issue, we have refunded to people in past because of delay but your job is already completed. Please let us know about your thought.

Another thing is we check PM more often and check the forum only once/twice a day. Therefore please give us more time to respond if you post on the thread and you can expect quick reply for a PM.
