You can check manually in SERP by yourself to find your keywords position

 

Go to http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/search-engine-keyword-position it will tell you your keyword positions on google, msn, and yahoo. Good luck

It is better to do manually, type your keyword on Google and go to advanced and set result to 100 per page it is easy to find.

 

For finding the right keyword possession you have to go with the manual searching this is the only method that's give you right keyword possession. I am not belief on any tool for finding the correct keyword possession on any search engine.
