    Hi FileSonic-IT,

    It always return "APPLICATION ERROR" when I login to my account.

    I want to ask you that......does all account account/IP from Hong Kong has been banned?
    I found some old post in this thread.

    It said that the IP from Hong Kong can log in to account if they have premium account.
    If it is truth, can I upgrade my account to premium account?
    After upgrade my account to premium account, can I make money with my account?

    We pay every Tuesday. You need to have earned at least $15 during the previous Saturday to Friday period.

    I have switched it to Pay Per DL's and it still shows 0 for the stats. What do you suggest?

    You might want to double check your settings to be sure you have in fact changed your plan settings. One common mistake newbies make when changing plan settings is forgetting to input their password when doing so. If you forgot to do this, you are still on the PPS plan.

    I would assume they delete files as DMCA notices are processed, which probably involves someone doing data entry at a remote location. Putting a bottleneck into such a pipeline so as to only process all such files once a day would probably put an enormous burden on the network when the batch was processed. Resources are probably better preserved keeping the current system in place, but I could be wrong. If I am, you can count on a better reply from an official FileSonic source.

    BTW: Are these files properly populating to your "Removed" section? If not, this could be the reason you are having a hard time keeping track of deleted files.
