Something is wrong, some of my files are continually removed. I have just threw the files to a folder, and are already removed. Today several times.
Today it is repeated. You too often delete files, why not just once a day? Please...

Filesonic_support, please answer me: it doesn't remember me logged in. I checked the "remember me" box, but it's no use. It logs me out every couple of hours. I just uploaded a 1GB .rar file and the upload finished ok, but when I clicked the "FileSonic logo" to return to the first page, it logged me out and the file is nowhere to be found in my account.
It takes several hours to upload big files because my internet speed is not very good, so it's really frustrating when seeing all that effort wasted in vain. And it's even more frustrating to see you guys answering some people, while ignoring others.

Filesonic to me is not that reliable. Its often down when i want to upload.

 

i haven't recieved my earnings for this week although i have $17.16 in my account before Friday which i think is the payout day?

I give up. I can't upload via brosers anymore: uploading large files (over 1GB) with Opera and Safari doesn't work. The progress bar doesn't move, it just stays like this:
Uploading with IE8 works, but after the upload finishes it logs me out and the files are lost.

PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!

I signed up on Friday night and posted 1 link link which has generated 300 dl's in 2 days. My stats show 0 dl's. I understand there are technical difficulties but when should this be fixed? I dont feel like switching to fileserve or one of these others if I dont have to. Can you provide me with any info/insight? My username is bxclark.

It's because your on the PPS (Pay-per-sale) program. This has nothing to do with tech issues. If you'd like to witch to PPD (pay-per-download), you can do so in your settings page. However, please note that you can change your plan only once in a 7 day period.
