Graphics look horrible in xp

When i play need for speed most wanted in xp the Graphics is horrible,previously there was no such problem all this started when i upgraded my pc.my previous config was c2d 1.83ghz, 945 intel motherboard and 1gb Ram but NOW ITS G41 MOtherboard,2.93 ghz c2d and 2gb ram 800 fsb. while there is not graphic problem in vista,as the graphics looks fine.

I tried setting the video setting to the least possible setting like the minimum resolution,etc set everthing to low.downloaded latest graphic drivers,direct x with update.
i will show some screen shots to understand better

This image looks fine but as the game speed increases the Graphics starts to fade off.take a look


need Some Serious help with this issue

 

What's you GPU ?

 

Try reseating your graphics card. That would be my best guess.

 

This issued based on VGA ... your VGA may very low or corrupt

 

Is it just this game that you are having problems with?

 

My graphics are inbuilt on the motherboard Intel G41CN and this problem is only with xp now not with vista

 

SOrry no graphic card externally.its all inbuilt and i have not added an additional graphic card
by the way NFS most wanted ran smoothly in my previous pc which has even less config than my current. the previous config was c2d 1.83 ghz,1gb ram and 946 motherboard. and now its c2d 2.93 ghz,2gb ram and Intel G41 CN motherboard

 

its not low for nfs as i used to play nfs smoothly on my previous pc with even less configuration than the current

 

Yes the issue is only with NFSMW i played Fifa 07 ,08 smoothly on xp .but nfs works fine in vista (graphics) and this problem has started after my pc upgrade. i tried everything from updating from sp2 to sp3 and also downloaded all the updates of xp,drivers and directx
