head to the Content Authority. They have a market place where you will find jobs at that rate. Note that you will have to write the first 5 articles at a rate of $0.7 per 100 words. Authors: I hope this post helps you, and also restores some bottom in the cheapo rates we see being bandied about here. If you are offering services at anything less than that, that means your writing is not really worth anything ( otherwise you would write for the content authority), or some factor that eludes others ( spinning software?). Clients: You can get good quality, vetted content at slightly more than 0.7 per 100 words on that site. The editors there will make sure that it is copyscape passed, and otherwise meets with your specifications. Whats more, the turnaround time is less than 8-10 hours. Please update the thread with other places where people can write for clients and get paid. There is textbroker.com, but that is only for US writers etc.
Erm, thank you, no...I don't want a job that pays one cent per word. I certainly don't want 5 jobs that pay .007 per word. And I don't think anyone in their right mind would either. *tilts head and squints...trying to understand this comment and how it coincides with the posted rates of this "job"*
Hey Senobia, Nice to see you again I stand with you on this. Don't know how people call $0.7/100 words a "high paying" job?
If you do not want to work at this rate, this post is not for you! Surprised? maybe you missed the topic of the thread. The point is that there are a ridiculous number of people here offering services at $3/500 words, and people asking at that same rate. There are even posts that say "I will pay $1for a 200 word article!". I just tried to restore a bottom in these low paying jobs - if someone here offers to work for anything less than $1/100 words, they are most likely so bad that even thecontentauthority.com would not allow them on their board. All I am trying to do is define what ought to be the bottom rate at the board. Maybe I should have titled it better. Maybe some other day.
Well, 'All that glitters is not gold!'. There are many constraints of working with such a company. Anyway, Good luck!
getrightwords, this site is not for you, but for writers who do not know about it, and are having to reply to threads where someone offers $1 for 200 words. You should keep the correct perspective when you try to say that it is not gold - which I never said it was. We are talking about the lowest prices, and I am specifically saying that these ( around $.7-$1 per 100 words) should be the lowest price people should work for, and not $0.50 per 100 words we see here.
No one called it a high paying job. Maybe I could have been clearer by using buzzwords which would have evoked the correct cognitive response in your mind, but if you had put just a little effort you could still have seen that i am setting the LOWEST level at which jobs may be done here - not the highest. edit: and your quotes around words 'high paying jobs' are all wrong. Please do tell whether it shows dishonesty, poor reading comprehension or your ignorance about what quotes actually mean; or a mixture of all.
Oh! Well, then pardon my intrusion. It read like it was an open question to the forum, not addressed to a certain group of people. My mistake!
